I meet with people individually and in small groups. They hire me personally, or their business does so as a consultant. I work largely over Zoom, as well as in person via retreat intensives & residencies. As of today, I have a 2 spots available on my regular remote schedule - this is where we begin our journey. There are many spiritual as well as practical reasons that I work with a selective clientele; one of those reasons is to maintain the level of support and service I find worthy of my standards and to ensure space for my own rest, recharge, creative expression, and family.

General Structure:
I offer customized treatment plans over Zoom. I see people weekly or every other week. Some clients prefer 2-3 sessions per week. Some want 1. I do not offer one night stands unless I really love you or you are booking an initial consultation session. An initial consultation session lasts about 2 hours - you get the full shebang + protocol education. And then, if it is the right fit for us both— you’re in. Now, I have this cool cohort of people I love and support. This is our ongoing structure for your growth process.

The Next Layer:
In addition to Zoom sessions, which still incorporate sound and super powerful crystal energy healing (yes I still use my Vogue crystal), in person residencies can be organized for my clients, their families and friends. You need me in New York or Miami for a couple of weeks? We will discuss the terms, finances and logistics. This is the beauty of keeping the main programming online- I am able to travel and support my clientele when and where they need help while accepting Sedona retreats and maintaining my regular practice. I strive to accommodate my clients schedules, and they respect mine. If I can make something work, I will with enough heads up.
Personal Retreats:
Please contact me to discuss customizing your experience in Sedona, South Florida, LA (and surrounding areas), or New York (and surrounding areas). I work with individuals and small groups to give everyone the attention they deserve. I have a day rate. Experiences can include, yogic movement, meditation, group energy clearing, spiritual teaching, mentorship, sound therapy, individual sessions, dedicated art time, nutritional cleanses, emotional processing and release, hikes, sacred waters, and time to do nothing at all. Psychedelic 🍄 experiences have been lead in sacred places. Mushrooms and sound in Sedona is dope.
